1 General Agreement

By accessing the jit99 platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions and that you agree to them. This document is a legally binding agreement between jit99 and the player, and it remains in effect for the entire period during which the platform is used.

jit99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Age Restriction

To open an account with jit99, you must be at least 21 years old. If a breach of this requirement is found upon verification, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and only the player's own deposited funds will be returned.

2.3 Accuracy of Registered Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide when opening an account must be accurate. jit99 is not responsible for any financial issues arising from accounts registered with incorrect information. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are processed.

2.4 Account Security

You must keep your account password secure and must not share it with anyone. jit99 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from another person accessing your account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at jit99 include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. If there is any discrepancy, please contact jit99 customer support.

Deposits are accepted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only. If a third-party bank account or payment method is used, the deposit will be cancelled and the account will be reviewed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request. Withdrawals are made using the same method as the original deposit.

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure the bonus wagering requirement has been met. If it has not been met, jit99 may decline the withdrawal request.

3.3 Financial Verification

For accounts with large withdrawal amounts or suspected money laundering activity, jit99 may request a copy of the player's national ID, bank statement, and other supporting documents. If these documents cannot be provided, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jit99's welcome bonus gives you 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (bonus amount × 20) before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example — deposit 620,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, with a wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

• The bonus can only be claimed once.
• If the required wagering amount has not been met at the time of withdrawal, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• jit99's decision is final on all matters relating to bonuses.

4.2 VIP Cashback

jit99 has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move up from Bronze to Diamond, your weekly cashback percentage increases. VIP progression is based on the player's level of play and is determined by jit99.

4.3 Referral Bonus

When you refer friends, you will receive 10% of each referred player's first deposit as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks per person), plus a weekly commission of 0.3% from your referred players' eligible play.

5 Prohibited Activities

Players on the jit99 platform are not permitted to do any of the following —

• Using software or bot tools to hack the game system or play automatically
• Attempting to exploit the platform's bonus program through any conflicting system
• Collecting winnings through precise systematic methods and engaging in arbitrage play
• Self-dealing or playing through collusion
• Depositing and withdrawing through a third party to launder money
• Participating in and investing in match fixing

If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have been committed, jit99 may immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take relevant legal action.

6 Intellectual Property

The website design, software, graphics, logos, slogans, game codes, and all content on jit99 are the intellectual property of jit99. No part may be copied, distributed, sold, or used in any form without prior written permission.

Players may access the platform and play for personal entertainment, but are not permitted to use it for commercial purposes or to create duplicate accounts.

7 Personal Data Protection

jit99 commits to protecting players' personal data using SSL encryption technology. Detailed policies on how personal data is handled can be read on the Privacy Policy page.

Players' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties — except where required by law.

8 Service Limitations and Disclaimer of Liability

Services provided by jit99 are delivered on a best-effort basis, but jit99 does not accept responsibility for the following —

• Losses arising from network outages, server issues, or third-party service failures
• Issues with a player's own computer hardware or software
• Service downtime caused by unforeseen events
• Losses incurred by players during gameplay

Gambling can result in financial loss and must be played for entertainment purposes only. Treating it as a source of income is prohibited on this platform.

9 Service Suspension and Account Closure

jit99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons —

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found upon investigation
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or related financial activity
• The player requests self-exclusion (related to responsible gaming)
• A legal action results in a service restriction in the relevant region

When a player requests closure of their own account, any remaining balance is handled in accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy.

11 Amendments to These Terms and Changelog

jit99 may update these terms and conditions at any time, and changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Players are encouraged to check these terms regularly.

These terms and conditions of jit99 are written in compliance with the laws of Myanmar, and any related disputes will be handled through local legal channels. Even if a translated version is being read, only the original Myanmar-language text is legally binding.
